Breaking the Silence: Bleeding Blue First Responders
Mental Health Conference
Law enforcement officers face a disproportionately high risk of
mental health challenges, and all too often they suffer in silence. To
change that, we joined forces with Bleeding Blue for their annual First
Responders Mental Health Conference at Miami Dade College, which
aims to break that silence and create a space for first responders to
open up in meaningful conversation alongside community leaders
and mental health professionals. Through powerful workshops and
training sessions, attendees learned new strategies to help shed the
stigma, support first responders, and remind our heroes that they are
not alone.
Making Strides: Boundless Leadership Program
Building on its commitment to enhance law enforcement wellbeing, the CPR Foundation has expanded
its support in 2025 to also promote professional and personal development by agreeing to partner with
the Boundless Leadership Development Certification Program. This leadership development and training
program equips both current and emerging leaders with the mindset, skills, and tools to navigate
change, foster innovation, enhance employee engagement, and drive operational success.
The Program includes guidance by PhD-level instructors for high-quality, research-based, yet practical
insight. By focusing on improving decision-making, communication, and team building, it also helps
prepare a pipeline of talent for future leadership roles, shaping the leaders of tomorrow within their
teams and organizations.
