Message from our Founder
Dear Members and Supporters,
As I reflect on the journey of the Community-Police Relations Foundation (CPR Foundation) - from
humble beginnings to where we stand today - three words come to mind: humility, pride, and
success. What began as a small, passion-driven initiative has grown into a powerful, purpose-driven
movement making measurable impacts on communities across the country.
In recent months, we’ve experienced a wave of momentum. We proudly welcomed two exceptional
leaders to our Executive Board, expanded our dedicated team, and forged strategic partnerships
with respected industry leaders. Our efforts are not unnoticed, garnering significant community and
media recognition. We also expanded our reach into new communities in need, launched innovative
programs, and established ourselves as a trusted voice in the fight against human trafficking through
collaborations with universities and community organizations. These aren’t just milestones, they’re
evidence that our mission is a tangible difference maker, and not a tagline. This is only possible
because of your participation and support.
The future of the CPR Foundation has never been brighter. We continue to break barriers between
communities and law enforcement, fostering a deeper level of trust, respect, and understanding
between them. In doing so, we are changing their perceptions of each other, making our communities
safer and united. And that - is priceless.
This edition of the CPR Foundation Newsletter offers a glimpse into the lives we’re changing and the
communities we’re strengthening, all through the badge. And at the center of every story? You. Your
support makes these not just stories, but realities for many.
Thank you for standing with us and helping write the next chapter in this journey of unity and hope.
Al Eskanazy,
Founding President & CEO
