Struggle Well Training Program:
Officers Trained
In 2025, the number of training sessions and participants
in Florida decreased modestly as Struggle Well
transitioned from early pilot expansion to a more stable,
statewide delivery model. This change reflects the
conclusion of funding support for a northern Florida
partner and the completion of intensive early
implementation in Miami-Dade, where Struggle Well was
first launched.
As the program matured, delivery shifted from rapid
expansion to sustaining high-quality,
in-person, training while preparing for targeted
growth in new regions.
