Struggle Well Training Program
In 2021, the CPR Foundation, in partnership
with the Boulder Crest Foundation, launched
the Struggle Well Training Program in
Miami-Dade County.
The program is grounded in the philosophy of
post-traumatic growth and designed
specifically to address the unique mental and
emotional challenges faced by law
enforcement through both prevention and
intervention.
To date, more than 3,500 first responders
across 37 municipalities and departments in
South Florida have completed the training.
